What is a grandstand setup plan?
The setup plan is a scale technical drawing that shows the exact position, orientation, and configuration of the grandstand on the event grounds. It specifies the locations of all support legs, main girders, stair towers, access points, and emergency exits. The setup plan is the central basis for assembly, permitting, and approval by safety authorities.
