Maintenance plan
Grandstand maintenance plan – regular inspection and maintenance for maximum operational safety
What is a maintenance plan for grandstands?
A maintenance plan documents all regular tests, inspections, and maintenance measures for grandstand components. It defines test intervals, scope of testing, and responsibilities. A consistently maintained maintenance plan extends the service life of the components, ensures operational safety, and is legally required for temporary structures as part of the inspection log.
Maintenance planning as part of the Bender service program
Bender Tribünen follows a structured maintenance program for all grandstand components. After each use, components are inspected for visible damage, cleaned, and stored professionally. Comprehensive inspections by qualified personnel are carried out at regular intervals. The results are documented, and any conspicuous components are replaced preventively.
Inspection intervals according to M-FlBauR
The M-FlBauR (Model Aircraft Construction Regulations) prescribes minimum inspection intervals for temporary structures. Bender proactively plans all inspections and ensures that no inspection deadlines are exceeded.
Preventive maintenance
Preventive maintenance prevents component failures during the event. Bender replaces components after defined usage cycles – before they can fail.
