What is a mobile arena?
A mobile arena is a temporary grandstand structure that completely or partially encloses an event area. Its arena-shaped layout – O, U, or V – ensures an even view for all spectators. Mobile arenas are used at sporting events, concerts, and large-scale events where maximum spectator capacity and high-quality sightlines are required. The open or closed design is chosen depending on the type of event and the terrain.

Arena shapes: O-, U- and V-shaped arenas
The O-Arena completely encloses the playing area and offers maximum capacity. The U-Arena leaves one side open and is ideal for stage events. The V-Arena opens towards the playing area, allowing for particularly close spectator spacing. Bender provides individual consultations to determine the optimal arena shape.
Safety and compliance with standards in mobile arenas
All Bender arenas feature structurally sound load-bearing structures, standard-compliant railings, sufficient escape routes, and barrier-free access in accordance with DIN EN 13200 and VStättVO (German regulations for assembly venues).
