Approval
Approval of temporary structures – official permit for temporary grandstands from Bender
What is the approval process for temporary structures?
The permit is the official authorization to operate a temporary structure. It is issued by the responsible building authority based on the structural stability analysis and the inspection log. There is a general permit for a building system as well as a site-specific permit for each individual use. Both must be obtained before construction begins.
Bender – all products fully approved
All temporary structures from Bender Tribünen have the necessary approvals. The general approvals for the construction systems are renewed regularly by accredited testing engineers. For site-specific erection permits, Bender provides all required documentation and supports the event organizer throughout the approval process. Bender's extensive experience with authorities ensures this process is as efficient as possible.
General permit vs. site-specific permit
The general approval confirms that a building system is fundamentally permissible. The site-specific permit allows for the actual construction at a specific location and time. Both are required for lawful operation.
International approvals
International events are subject to their respective national licensing requirements. Bender has international experience and can provide the necessary documentation for events outside of Germany as well.
