Formula 1 – Spa-Francorchamps Belgium

Time for a thrill:  Every year, the Formula 1 Grand Prix is held in Belgium, in the middle of a wonderful landscape. The preparations as well as the construction of 36 grandstands along the 7 km-long race course were meticulously planned by our project managers. It was worked out in close collaboration with the customer. The Bender team created over 33,000 mobile spectator seats around the race course, and additionally built a 5,000 m² roof over the grandstands. In addition to the grandstands and grandstand roofs, wheelchair stages, pedestrian bridges and various other temporary structures were built for the race.
